Dojazd 19, 62-064 Plewiska, Poland, NIP: 7773225779) or cooperating leaders from his Oriflame team. These pages (including registration forms for the Oriflame Club) are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Website". The Terms are uniform across all these pages and are directed to Users – individuals visiting the Website and using its functionalities (particularly the Oriflame Club registration form).
Please read these conditions carefully. By using the Website (including submitting a registration form), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Website.
1. Information about the provider
Website Owner and Administrator: The Website is operated by Łukasz Twardowski, conducting business under the name Lu-Go Łukasz Twardowski (address: ul. Dojazd 19, 62-064 Plewiska, Poland) or an associate working within his Oriflame structure. Mr. Łukasz Twardowski is an Independent Oriflame Business Partner and acts as a sponsor for individuals registering with the Oriflame Club via the Website, similar to members of his team.
Independent Oriflame Partner Website: This Website is not the official website of Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. It is maintained by an independent Oriflame Brand Partner. All trademarks, names, and promotional materials related to Oriflame used on the Website are the property of Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. (or its global parent company) and are used solely for informational and promotional purposes related to Oriflame Club activities. The official Oriflame India website is located at in.oriflame.com.

2. Scope and conditions of electronic services
Purpose of the Website: The Website was created to facilitate joining the Oriflame Club for new members and to provide them with necessary information about membership benefits, products, and Oriflame programs. The primary functionality of the Website is the online registration form through which a User can apply to join the Oriflame Club. Additionally, the Website may host educational content, information on the Oriflame offering, guides, news, etc., designed to assist new and existing Brand Partners.
Online Registration Service: The use of the registration form is voluntary and free of charge. Reigstration in the Oriflame Club via the Website involves no fees. The registration form requires personal data indicated in the Privacy Policy and completing verification steps (like an SMS code confirmation or email verification). After submitting the form:
- The User will receive a submission confirmation.
- The process of creating a club account in the Oriflame system will begin. This might require additional confirmation – e.g., clicking an activation link sent via email or entering an SMS code as per Oriflame's security protocols.
- Once the registration is fully confirmed and an Oriflame Brand Partner number is assigned, the User becomes a member of the Oriflame Club. From that moment, the User is bound by the rules outlined in the Oriflame Terms and Conditions and other Oriflame documents. Links to these documents (Oriflame Terms and Conditions, Oriflame Privacy Policy) are available on the Website.
3. Liability Guidelines
User Liability: The User is responsible for their actions within the Website, including the accuracy of the provided data. Providing false or misleading information in the form may result in the rejection of the registration. The User agrees to use the Website legally, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms.
Administrator Liability: The Administrator endeavors to ensure that the information presented on the Website is current and accurate. However, the actual cooperation terms with Oriflame are defined by Oriflame's documents and communications. In case of any discrepancies, the information provided by Oriflame directly shall prevail.
Independence of Operations: The Administrator and Leaders managing the Website act as Independent Oriflame Brand Partners. They are not employees or legal representatives of Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. Any product sales agreements that the User enters into after registration are concluded directly between the User and Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd.
4. Copyrights and Intellectual Property
The content of the Website is protected by copyright. Materials created by the Administrator belong to him, while Oriflame graphics and trademarks remain the property of Oriflame and are used in a promotional context. Users may browse the website for personal use related to Oriflame's offerings. Copying or modifying content requires prior consent.
5. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
The protection of User privacy is of utmost importance. The rules for collecting, processing, and securing User personal data are detailed in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Final Provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be communicated accordingly. In matters not covered by these Terms, the applicable local and international laws shall govern.
Privacy Policy (गोपनीयता नीति)
1. Scope of Data Collected
During registration in the Service, we ask for the following personal data:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address, contact phone number, and full residential address.
- Oriflame registration data: additionally, setting up a password for the Oriflame account is necessary (this password is used solely to create the Oriflame account – we do not store it).
- Verification: an SMS code or email may be sent for confirmation. We do not store verification codes after registration completes.
Furthermore, we may automatically collect certain technical information related to the use of the Service:
- IP address of the device.
- Referrer URL and the active landing page to identify the referring Leader.
- Registration timestamp and browser details for security and analytics.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to create an Oriflame account through our Service.
Note: The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Minors must comply with local Oriflame India requirements, usually requiring guardian consent.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Primary Purpose: All collected personal data is used to register you as a Brand Partner/VIP Customer with Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. This means we use the information to create a club account in Oriflame's database under your name.
Additionally, your data is securely stored in our internal CRM system for:
- Registration Support: We might contact you to confirm details or assist in completing your registration.
- After-Sales Support & Mentoring: Your Sponsor or Upline Manager might use your contact details to provide guidance, product offers, and business training to help you start your Oriflame journey.
- Analytics: Tracking the performance of our recruitment campaigns.
3. Data Sharing and Transfer
Your personal data is never sold to third parties. However, sharing is necessary in the following contexts:
- Transfer to Oriflame: Your data is transferred to Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. to create your account. Upon successful registration, Oriflame becomes the independent data controller of your Oriflame account data. Their Privacy Policy applies thereafter.
- Access by Leaders: Authorized leaders in your upline structure have access to your basic details via our CRM to assist and train you. They are bound by confidentiality.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (hosting, CRM software) that process data under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Server-Side Tracking: We may use Server-Side Tracking (e.g. Google Ads Offline Conversion Import) to measure ad campaign effectiveness by sending encrypted (hashed) data securely to ad networks for conversion attribution.
4. Your Rights
